tk3777 Terms & Conditions

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

You are eligible to register and use the tk3777 Platform only if you satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are registering as an individual on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of another person;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law;
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by tk3777 for breach of these Terms;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of a tk3777 employee or affiliate partner.

1.2 Account Verification

tk3777 reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any time. Verification may require you to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by the Company may result in temporary restriction or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

1.3 Accurate Information

You are required to keep your account information accurate and up to date. If any information you have provided changes — including your mobile number, payment method, or contact details — you must update your account promptly. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made using supported payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of deposit. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. tk3777 does not accept deposits from third parties.

2.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. Processing times vary by method but are typically completed within one (1) to three (3) business days. tk3777 reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

2.3 Currency & Exchange

The functional currency of the tk3777 Platform is Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All game stakes, winnings, bonuses, and account balances are denominated in BDT. tk3777 does not facilitate currency conversion transactions on behalf of players.

2.4 Transaction Errors

In the event of a manifest error in a transaction amount, game result, or payout calculation, tk3777 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and correct the error. The Company is not liable for losses arising from technical errors, telecommunication failures, or third-party payment provider outages beyond its reasonable control.

3.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by tk3777 are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, minimum odds (where relevant), qualifying games, and expiry date for each promotion are specified in the individual promotion's terms and conditions.

3.2 Bonus Abuse

tk3777 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, wagering bonuses on excluded games, hedging bets to guarantee withdrawal of bonus funds, and using any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is detected, the Company reserves the right to void the bonus, confiscate associated winnings, and permanently close the player's account.

3.3 Right to Withdraw Promotions

tk3777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. Promotions are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another player.

4.1 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion from the tk3777 Platform. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted by contacting our 24/7 customer support team. Once a self-exclusion is activated, the player's account will be suspended for the requested period and no marketing communications will be sent during that time.

4.2 Underage Gambling Prevention

tk3777 strictly prohibits access to the Platform by individuals under the age of 21. The Company employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point. Any account found to be operated by an underage player will be immediately closed and all deposits returned, with any associated winnings forfeited.

5.1 Ownership of Content

All content on the tk3777 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, game content, trademarks, logos, text, and user interface designs — is the exclusive property of tk3777 or its licensed third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only.

5.2 Prohibited Uses

6.1 Limitation of Liability

The Company's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6.2 Amendments to These Terms

tk3777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via account notification or email. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

6.3 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Company's offshore jurisdiction of operation. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to tk3777's internal complaints procedure. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, either party may seek resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body.

6.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
